Roasted Parmesan and Balsamic Cauliflower

Cauliflower is full of health benefits. It’s a low GI food full vitamins, including; vitamin C, vitamin K and vitamin B6 just to name a few. This roasted parmesan and balsamic cauliflower recipe is really easy and could be used as a side or as a meal, it’s up to you.

What you need roasted-parmesan-and-balsamic-cauliflower

  • cauliflower
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • dried marjoram
  • balsamic vinegar
  • parmesan cheese
  • salt & pepper

What to do

  • First you want to preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Next, use a large bowl and mix the cauliflower in the olive oil, marjoram, salt and pepper.
  • Place mixture on a large baking tray and cook until it starts to soften and brown on the bottom.
  • Take tray out of oven and toss with a mixture of balsamic vinegar and cheese. Place back in the oven and cook until cheese is melted. Enjoy.
