Cauliflower is full of health benefits. It’s a low GI food full vitamins, including; vitamin C, vitamin K and vitamin B6 just to name a few. This roasted parmesan and balsamic cauliflower recipe is really easy and could be used as a side or as a meal, it’s up to you.
What you need
- extra-virgin olive oil
- dried marjoram
- balsamic vinegar
- parmesan cheese
- salt & pepper
What to do
- First you want to preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Next, use a large bowl and mix the cauliflower in the olive oil, marjoram, salt and pepper.
- Place mixture on a large baking tray and cook until it starts to soften and brown on the bottom.
- Take tray out of oven and toss with a mixture of balsamic vinegar and cheese. Place back in the oven and cook until cheese is melted. Enjoy.
