What you need
- Diced Tomato
- Cannellini Beans
- Spiral Pasta
- Vegetable Stock
What to do
- Dice onion, crush garlic, and throw into a large soup pot to fry with butter and olive oil. When softened, add all other ingredients and fry for approximately 2 minutes.
- Next add your vegetable stock to pot, bring to boil then turn heat down low to simmer with lid on.
- Whilst your soup is simmering, cook pasta separately then strain.
- Add pasta when ready to serve. Enjoy.
