WHAT TO BRING
To make sure we provide the best possible care for your vision there is a few things we need from you.
For your examination, please bring the following:
- A current Medicare Card
- Your Private Health Fund Card
- A list of medications you are currently taking
- Sunglasses, in case we need to dilate your pupils
If we require any further information we will let you know at time of booking.
